If any of the goods supplied are damaged please contact us within 3 days of order receipt, a refund will be issued upon within 14 days of receipt of the damaged item.

When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products. If the goods are to be returned they must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from us.

We must be notified in writing about any goods being returned. Any costs associated with the return of these goods will be at the expense of the customer. Changes to this are at the discretion of the management.

The return address is available on this website or on the original order confirmation issued when the order was placed.

Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
