Frequently asked questions

Q.What does ex chainstore mean?

A. ex chainstore means that the clothing was originally made for one of the major UK High street chainstores, but for various reasons such as cancelled orders, overmakes, late delivery, we are able to buy the excess stock direct from the manufacturer, and because we buy direct, we are able to sell at a fraction of the original store price.

Q. Why are the store labels removed?

A. The store labels are removed or cut or blacked out, in order to protect the reputation of the original high street chainstore, and to prevent unauthorised store-returns.  These are usually removed by the Manufacturer, or by ourselves before sale. These ex chainstore garments are easily recognised by their high quality, and their style.

Q. What is the minimum order?

A. There is no minimum order value.  Most styles are sold in ratio packs of 6, in assorted sizes and colours according to availability. So you can purchase just one pack of 6 of any style.

Q. What is a ratio pack?

A. When the garments are received into our warehouse, they are counted and checked by our Q.C. department, and then ratio packed ready for sale.  This means that each pack has a variety of sizes/colours in proportion to the original count, so that every customer receives a fair share of the available stock.

Q. How often do you have new lines?

A. Our website is updated with new lines every week, and if you register as a newsletter subscriber, you will receive automatic updates on our new stocks, together with notifications of reductions and clearance.

Q. Do you sell cheaper in bulk?

A. Yes, we have many deals on offer in the category "deals for bulk buyers".  If you require any advertised deals in larger quantities, just send us an e-mail and we will give you a quotation.
