Returns

Buy with confidence: if you wish to return the goods you must inform us in writing or by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Please ensure you include your order number and product codes as these are important and saves time and any confusion.  Returns must be sent at your own cost and must be sent back in the same packaging.  Following return and inspection we will raise a credit note, this credit may be used against your next purchase.  (If  you require a refund rather than a credit, please note that an admin charge of 3% applies to card refunds.)

Note: Returns will not normally be accepted after 7 days, after this time,  return and credit is at the discretion of the management. 

If it helps you we can arrange for collection of the goods at a nominal collection fee of £7.00 +vat per box (UK mainland).

The return address is available on this website or on the original order confirmation issued when the order was placed, or on the Invoice enclosed with the goods delivered.

Should you return items without notification or they are returned later than 7 days after delivery, no credit will be raised and we will store them for you until you pay for the return delivery.

If you return goods which then take your original order to below the threshold for free shipping, then the shipping charge will apply to the original order.

CLAIMS

No claims recognised for missing goods unless made within 48 hours of receipt.
