Please note, we are a wholesale business selling business to business, therefore Distance Selling Regulations do not apply and you are bound by our Terms and Conditions.
* All prices are quoted ex vat and charged for in UK pounds (Sterling). The appropriate vat is added at checkout. All products are subject to availability, and may be withdrawn from sale without prior notice. If for any reason an item ordered cannot be supplied, then an alternative product may be offered or a full refund made available for the missing item(s).
* All goods remain the property of A & A Clothing Ltd, t/a chainstoreclothing.com until paid for in full.
* It is a condition of supply that any chain store brand labels are removed before resale. This is usually done already, however if not, it remains your responsibility to ensure this is so. The chainstore brand name must not be advertised to promote the sale of the goods.
* No claims are recognised for missing goods unless made within 48 hours of receipt.
* Any returns must be in the same condition and the same ratio pack as received. Returns are not accepted on our Mixed Lots. If in doubt, please order from the individual stock listings.
* Returns are at the expense of the customer. Please see the refunds and returns page.
* If you return goods which then take your original order to below the threshold for free shipping, then the shipping charge will apply to the original order.
* We are a Clearance Wholesaler selling at low low prices, therefore it is the nature of our business that goods are not always available in perfect size/ colour ratios. However we do try to provide the best possible mix of sizes and colours according to availability, but please be aware that the information given in our individual product listings is approximate and for guidance only.
* Payment can be made direct from the website when you get to the checkout section. The options are there for you to select from: Credit/Debit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer. Please be aware that stock can only be reserved for paid orders. All card payments are made via our Secure Trading payment gateway. Customers paying via paypal MUST have their delivery address confirmed by paypal. Customers paying by card MUST have the first order delivered to the cardholders address. Bank Transfer orders can be shipped to any address you provide us with. We do not take card payments over the telephone.
* If you are ordering for the first time, we may need to ask you for further information to confirm your identity. You may be required to send proof of name and address which should be scanned and e-mailed to sales@chainstoreclothing.com or faxed to 0161 833 9600.

UK Delivery
You should receive your order within 48 hours. Please be aware that this does not include weekends, bank holidays and Christmas, also orders placed overnight will not start being processed until the next working day.
European Shipping
We ship to mainland Europe and Ireland, the cost varies from country to country. For shipping costs see shipping outside the UK page. If your destination is not listed it may be because we deem it too expensive to ship there. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping, please mention this in the customer notes section during the checkout process. Payment must be by bank transfer for orders delivered to a shipping agent.
Shipping outside the EU
We only ship to certain countries outside the EU. We do not ship to third world countries due to lack of control over the goods once they reach their port of destination. Tax has to be charged at 20%. (refunded only when relevant customs documents are received) Please see the shipping outside the UK page for details on VAT refunds for goods shipped outside of the EU.
Shipping Charges
Outside of the UK Mainland, shipping is charged for one box. If your order cannot fit into one box you will be contacted for extra shipping fees. As the website cannot determine how many boxes your order will require, this will take place after your order has been placed and paid for.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you purchase from it. Your continued usage of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by our latest terms and conditions.
